La Iglesia de la Madonna dei Lumi se encuentra en San Gimignano en el extremo sur de Via San Giovanni, cerca de Porta San Giovann. La iglesia fue construida en 1601 según un diseño del arquitecto Francesco Panzini de San Gimignano. En el interior, está decorado con estucos y pinturas monocromáticas, pintadas en 1794 por Pietro Scaliano.
Debido a que obstruía parte de la concurrida Porta San Giovanni, fue demolido parcialmente en 1922.
De esta iglesia proviene una pintura sobre tabla del siglo XVI de Sebastiano Mainardi que representa a la Virgen con el Niño y dos ángeles, que actualmente se encuentra en la Galería de Arte Municipal.
