Den Hoorn es una aldea en el municipio de Midden-Delfland, provincia de Holanda del Sur, Países Bajos. La aldea está situada bajo el humo de Delft. El 1 de enero de 2021, vivían allí 8.515 personas. Un par de corrientes de agua atraviesan la aldea: el Lookwatering y la Gaag que fluye desde Delft hacia Schipluiden.
