Schagen ), en el West-Fries Skagen, es una ciudad ubicada en el municipio del mismo nombre en la provincia neerlandesa de Noord-Holland. Dentro de ella se encuentra en la región de West-Friesland. La ciudad tiene una superficie de 19,32 km². El municipio cuenta con 46.834 habitantes y la ciudad en sí tiene 19.025 habitantes. El municipio se encuentra en el noroeste de West-Friesland, la mayor parte todavía está dentro de la Omringdijk de Westfriesland, mientras que el área del antiguo municipio de Zijpe queda fuera. Los habitantes de Schagen son tradicionalmente llamados "Schagenezen".
