Zoudenbalch es el complejo deportivo donde el club de la primera división FC Utrecht realiza sus entrenamientos y Jong FC Utrecht juega regularmente sus partidos. Además, es la base de los equipos juveniles de la Academia FC Utrecht. La tribuna del campo principal, diseñada y construida en 2001 por Zwarts & Jansma Architecten, tiene una capacidad de 450 espectadores. En total hay 5 campos, de los cuales uno está cubierto de césped artificial.
