Esta corta pero variada caminata transcurre por una área natural privada de acceso relativamente fácil a lo largo del Schuitvaartjaagpad. El paisaje es variado y acogedor, con charcas, un puente y caminos serpenteantes que hacen la ruta especial.
Los caminos no están pavimentados y pueden ser algo fangosos, especialmente después de la lluvia. Dispersos por el área hay algunos bancos para descansar un momento y disfrutar del entorno.
El punto de inicio y fin de la caminata se encuentra en ’s Heeren Vrunten, un parque de bungalows a lo largo del Schuitvaartjaagpad.
La propiedad colindante abarca aproximadamente 30 hectáreas. De esa superficie, aproximadamente el 55% está destinado a la naturaleza, el 39% se utiliza para la agricultura y el 6% está destinado a la construcción (siete viviendas).
La propiedad se alinea con la visión del municipio de Etten-Leur para realizar un corredor verde a lo largo de los límites del municipio. De este modo, el área forma un enlace importante entre Pannenhoef, Schuitvaart, Kogelvanger, Vloeiweide y Liesbos, y contribuye a formar un área natural continuo y atractivo para los senderistas.
