Stjerneborg o "Castillo Estelar" fue el segundo observatorio de Tycho Brahe junto a su palacio-observatorio Uraniborg. Lo construyó porque Uraniborg era demasiado inestable para hacer buenas lecturas de las estrellas.
Fue destruido tras la muerte de Tycho Brahe.
Las partes subterráneas del observatorio fueron excavadas en la década de 1950 y hoy están cubiertas con un techo que se asemeja al original. Las cámaras albergan ahora un espectáculo multimedia abierto al público.
