Ancienne brasserie de la famille De Jonghe-Erix, fondée en 1810. Bâtiments restants du 19ème siècle et du début du 20ème siècle, actuellement intégrés dans une zone de réévaluation, travaux de rénovation inachevés commencés en 1976. Ancien bâtiment d'entreprise en forme de L, construction en brique de deux et trois étages avec utilisation de pierre naturelle et de briques cuites. Bâtiment principal (ancienne salle de brasserie) rythmé par des lésens, surmonté d'un garde-corps ajouré, toiture courbée avec système de ventilation ; fenêtres rectangulaires et en arc. À l'angle, tour carrée sous un toit en tente, bâtiment annexe attenant sous un toit en pannes à pignon.
