Le Graukloster est un ancien monastère franciscain situé dans le Schleswig, en Allemagne. Il est nommé d’après la couleur grise de l’habit franciscain. Après la dissolution du monastère en 1528/29, les bâtiments du couvent ont été convertis en un monastère pour les pauvres, l’église est devenue la propriété de la ville et a été transformée en mairie. L’hôtel de ville classique d’aujourd’hui a été construit sur ses fondations en 1794/95. Certaines parties des bâtiments médiévaux du monastère sont encore conservées aujourd’hui et sont utilisées par l’administration municipale depuis les années 1980.
