L'ancienne église paroissiale catholique Saint-Antoine est un bâtiment d'église classé monument historique, aujourd'hui désaffecté, situé à Amern, un quartier de Schwalmtal dans le district de Viersen.
La pseudo-basilique à trois nefs a été construite en 1491 avec un chœur d'une travée et un chevet en 5/8. La voûte à croisée d'ogives repose sur des colonnes rondes. Selon les plans de Lambert de Fisenne, l'église a été agrandie en 1897 avec deux travées occidentales adaptées aux travées gothiques. Des chœurs rectangulaires ont été ajoutés aux bas-côtés et une sacristie a été jointe. La maçonnerie extérieure en brique avec des ornements en taille de pierre a été largement retravaillée.
