L’église Martin Luther, consacrée le 21 décembre 1914, est un bâtiment simple avec une abside avec une tour attachée sur le côté, et est attribuée au style Art nouveau tardif. Le village de Zeuthen a ainsi reçu sa première église. L’église est classée monument historique depuis 1985 et est inscrite sur la liste des monuments de Zeuthen.
Les trois villages de Zeuthen, Miersdorf et Gersdorf ont été décrits pour la première fois dans un document en 1375 dans le livre foncier de Charles IV. En 1860, le petit village de Zeuthen ne comptait que 122 habitants. Gersdorf a été mentionné pour la dernière fois en 1860 et était déjà mentionné comme la forêt de Wüstemark.
