Bücknitz est une ancienne commune allemande de Brandebourg, située dans l’arrondissement de Potsdam-Mittelmark.
Bücknitz se trouve à environ 30 kilomètres au sud-ouest de la ville de Brandebourg-sur-la-Havel, au bord du Fiener Bruch ou de la lande boisée de Bücknitz, qui s’est développée sur un cône alluvial de l’ère glaciaire. Le territoire communal est traversé par la petite rivière Buckau et le Strynzelbach. La commune de Bücknitz est entourée de prairies et de terres agricoles ainsi que de vastes zones forestières.
