Le Musée de Rieskrater, parfois connu en anglais sous le nom de Ries Crater Museum, se concentre sur les météores et leurs collisions avec la Terre. Le musée est situé dans une grange du XVIe siècle à Nördlingen, en Allemagne, qui faisait partie du centre de la ville médiévale.
La région est l'emplacement de l'impact d'un météore avec la Terre il y a environ 15 millions d'années. Cela pourrait avoir été un double impact, car le cratère de Steinheim est à proximité et a le même âge estimé. Le cratère de Ries est reconnu comme un cratère d'impact depuis le début des années 1960.
