Boulevard de la Plage au Cap Ferret, la maison Frédélian créée en 1939, est connue pour ses cannelés, ses macarons, ses petits fours secs. On y vient aussi pour y prendre un petit-déjeuner ou un brunch ou à l'heure du thé pour grignoter un baba crème ou chantilly, des sucettes pralinées, une gaufre, une crêpe. On y réserve "train de plaisir" , "glace craquelin", le fameux "Paris - Cap Ferret", chocolats et autres gourmandises pour le dessert du soir. On y vient aussi pour grignoter des plats "signature" à l'heure du déjeuner.
