A Alba, la pâte à tartiner de Nutella est fabriquée (en plus des endroits comme Villers-Ecalles en France, Sant'angelo dei Lombardi en Italie, Belsk en Pologne, Stadtstallendorf en Allemagne), Moscou en Russie, Brantford au Canada et Lithgow en Australie.
Les noisettes sont récoltées dans la région mais surtout achetées en Turquie. L'huile de palme provient de Malaisie, le cacao du Nigeria, le sucre du Brésil et la vanille de Chine.
