L'Entella est une très courte rivière dans la ville métropolitaine de Gênes, dans la région de la Ligurie, au nord-ouest de l'Italie.
Le nom Entella a été donné à la rivière par Ptolémée ; il provient peut-être d'entos et elòa, en raison de la couleur vert foncé des rives de son bassin supérieur. Le nom est entré dans l'usage populaire à la fin du XVIIIe siècle ; auparavant, la rivière était appelée par les gens du commun Lavagna.
