La province de Posnanie est une province du royaume de Prusse. Sa capitale était Posen. Elle remplace le grand-duché de Posen en 1848.
La Posnanie, bien que peuplée majoritairement de Polonais, comportait une importante minorité de langue allemande, surtout présente dans ses parties ouest et nord.
