Le Wells Fargo Center est un gratte-ciel situé dans le centre de Seattle. Le gratte-ciel compte 53 étages, dont six en sous-sol, et mesure 174,96 mètres de haut. Avec cela, le Wells Fargo Center est le septième plus haut bâtiment de Seattle. La construction a été achevée en 1983 et à l'époque, Equity Office Properties Trust en était le propriétaire. Le bâtiment de bureaux est construit dans un style moderne et dans un style international, et possède une surface de plancher de 91 400 m². Le Wells Fargo Center dispose également d'un parking de 668 places et comprend 24 ascenseurs.
Avant que le gratte-ciel ne soit construit ici, il y avait à cet endroit la American Savings Bank et l'Olympic National Building.
