Blaton è un comune del Belgio nella provincia di Hainaut e una frazione del comune vallone di Bernissart. Blaton era un comune autonomo fino a quando non è stato incorporato nel comune di Bernissart durante la riorganizzazione comunale del 1977. Durante l'ancien régime, Blaton era una baronia nel feudo di Bernissart. Nel 1644, Alberto de Mérode acquistò la baronia da Carlo Colonna. Jérôme Alberto de Mérode vendette la proprietà nel 1682 a Ghislain François de la Catoire. Nel 1753, il principe Emanuele di Croÿ acquistò la baronia.
