Il nome è dovuto al fatto che l'istituzione è stata acquistata da un gruppo di artisti, di cui il manager della rinomata Ancienne Belgique di Gand faceva parte. La cucina è tipicamente belga. Specialità del ristorante è l'anguilla in verde e i clienti apprezzano molto quel piatto. Inoltre, nel menu ci sono piatti grigliati e anche cozze, disponibili da luglio fino a metà stagione. L'interno offre 60 posti. Nei giorni belli, quasi 100 persone possono sedersi nella piacevole terrazza.
