La casetta Mostinckx è una fattoria a tetto lungo in stile legno e struttura a travi, riempita con argilla. Fino a ben oltre il XIX secolo, le piccole fattorie in argilla del Pajottenland erano le abitazioni più comuni. Il nome Pajotten (paillottes) secondo alcuni fa addirittura riferimento al tetto di paglia di queste abitazioni. Nel 2000 il comune di Dilbeek ha acquistato la casetta.
