Al numero 81 trovi il Kaaitheater Studios, situati negli edifici dell'ex birrificio L’Etoile. L'edificio risale al 1850 e riflette attraverso la sua architettura il contesto sociale di quell'epoca: la imponente casa del mastro birraio si trova al centro del birrificio. Il Kaaitheater gestisce questa location dal 1994. Il progetto delle ristrutturazioni è a cura dell'architetto Luc Maes, che è riuscito a mantenere bene il carattere industriale e ha elaborato il camino come un faro nella zona. Strano: una chiesa pentecostale organizza le sue celebrazioni in una seconda parte del birrificio, che si trova a sinistra della casa del mastro birraio.
