In un giardino recintato si trovano villette collegate in tono villa, costruite come specchi l'una dell'altra e registrate nel catasto nel 1931. Fabbricazione in mattoni di due piani sotto un tetto complesso sporgente (tegole). Facciate intonacate e dipinte di bianco, evidenziate da due contrafforti angolari. Caratteristica articolazione volumetrica con la combinazione di facciate a coronamento e a timpano, contraddistinta da bow-window su tre lati con balconi sovrastanti per le finestre del piano nobile. Originariamente, probabilmente, c'era un portale ad arco ribassato in entrambe le numerazioni, ma al numero 110 è stato chiuso.
