Questo terminal è stato aperto nel 2018. È destinato alle navi da crociera fluviale che sono troppo grandi per andare oltre il porto anteriore, quindi fino al ponte Van Praet. Diverse studi avevano previsto un afflusso di circa 35.000 navi da crociera all'anno a Bruxelles, ma questo numero non è mai stato raggiunto. Vedi anche le infrastrutture per gli autobus. L'obiettivo è evidente: i passeggeri prendono qui l'autobus per raggiungere il più presto possibile il centro turistico della città. Si sta già pensando di attribuire un'altra funzione a questi spazi, ad esempio un museo sul canale.
Il turismo, l'industria, la logistica e la mobilità dolce coesistono qui, è evidente. La fabbrica d'acciaio sull'altra sponda è impressionante, i camion sfilano a tutta velocità, e ciò nonostante nel 2020 siano iniziati lavori per la creazione di una vasta pista ciclabile.
