Inizio e fine del percorso presso il Cappellino in Vredelaan (accanto all'antenna GSM Belgacom). Il percorso si dirige prima verso il campo da calcio del VK Weerde.

Alla terza ponte sopra l'accorciamento della Zenne (il più a sud verso Eppegem) la attraversi (attenzione, ponte stretto). Poi prendi la seconda a sinistra (Gildestraat) dove entri in un tunnel stretto sotto la linea ferroviaria Bruxelles-Mechelen (fai attenzione al marciapiede stretto e irregolare).
Perfetta passeggiata/corsa breve al mattino e al pomeriggio fino alle 16:00 (sfrutti al meglio l'accorciamento per il sole).
