Il canale di navigazione di Interlaken è un canale lungo 2,75 chilometri nel cantone svizzero di Berna. Collega il lago di Thun a un molo nella città di Interlaken, che confina con la stazione ferroviaria di Interlaken West, consentendo così il traffico marittimo sul lago per servire la città e collegarla al traffico ferroviario. È ancora regolarmente utilizzato dalle imbarcazioni della BLS AG sul lago di Thun.
Il canale si sviluppa lungo tutta la sua lunghezza in parallelo al fiume Aar. Non ha chiuse e mantiene costantemente lo stesso livello dell'acqua del lago di Thun. Di conseguenza, il livello dell'acqua del canale a Interlaken West è notevolmente più basso di quello del fiume adiacente e della terra circostante.
