Brebach-Fechingen è un quartiere della capitale del Saarland Saarbrücken ed è parte del distretto cittadino di Halberg. Fino al 31 dicembre 1973, Brebach-Fechingen era un comune autonomo.
Fino alla fine del 1958, Brebach e Fechingen erano comuni autonomi. Con effetto dal 1 gennaio 1959, questi furono uniti in un nuovo comune con il nome di Brebach-Fechingen. Nell'ambito della riforma territoriale e amministrativa del Saarland, il comune di Brebach-Fechingen fu annesso a Saarbrücken dal 1 gennaio 1974. Il quartiere così creato "Brebach-Fechingen" si suddivide nei tre distretti di Brebach, Neufechingen e Fechingen.
