Il Kemitzenstein, noto anche come Chamnitzen, è un rilievo alto 580,6 m s.l.m. dell'Alta Franconia con una raccolta di formazioni rocciose nel comune di Bad Staffelstein, nel distretto di Lichtenfels.
Il Kemitzenstein si trova nel parco naturale della Svizzera Francone-Veldensteiner Forst tra i villaggi di Kümmersreuth, un quartiere sud-est di Bad Staffelstein, a sud-ovest, e Rothmannsthal a est, un quartiere sud-sud-est di Lichtenfels; tuttavia, solo le aree inferiori dei suoi fianchi orientali e nord-orientali appartengono a Lichtenfels.
