L'edificio dell'ex birreria Holsten di Neumünster si trova in Brachenfelder Straße a Neumünster, in Schleswig-Holstein. Oggi il complesso edilizio è chiamato Alte Holsten-Brauerei e comprende una superficie di circa 20.000 m².
Il costo della costruzione del nuovo edificio della birreria fu commissionato dalla società in accomandita D. H. Hinselmann & Co, una birreria che dal 1760 produceva birra bruna ad alta fermentazione a Großflecken a Neumünster, per poter anche produrre birra lager chiara a bassa fermentazione. La prima pietra fu posata l'11 marzo 1874, l'edificio è per lo più costruito in mattoni rossi. Già nel 1864 si trovava in questo luogo una cantina frigorifera. In questa veniva immagazzinato in inverno ghiaccio dai vicini Schwalewiesen, per raffreddare i barili di birra anche in estate. Le cantine sono ancora oggi sotto l'ex officina, l'edificio in Klaus-Groth Straße.
