Il Tempio di Francoforte a Friedrichsdorf è il primo tempio della Chiesa di Gesù Cristo dei Santi degli Ultimi Giorni nella Repubblica Federale di Germania prima del 1990, il secondo nel territorio dell'attuale Repubblica Federale di Germania dopo il 1990 e il 41° tempio a livello mondiale. Dopo i templi di Berna e di Freiberg, è stato il terzo a essere costruito nell'area di lingua tedesca. È stato consacrato il 28 agosto 1987 dal allora presidente della comunità di fede, Ezra Taft Benson. Il tempio è stato costruito su un'area di circa 21.000 m² di una fabbrica di pasta chiusa nel 1982/83. L'edificio è largo 28 m, lungo 98 m e alto 7 m.
