La stazione principale di Berchtesgaden è il termine della linea ferroviaria Freilassing–Berchtesgaden nel comune bavarese di Berchtesgaden. Berchtesgaden è quindi il comune più piccolo della Germania con una stazione principale. La stazione è il nodo di trasporto centrale della valle di Berchtesgaden, con collegamenti autobus verso tutti i comuni. Appartiene alla categoria 5 delle stazioni DB Station&Service. Oggi l'edificio è di proprietà privata.
Fino al 1938 esisteva una connessione che continuava oltre Marktschellenberg fino alla stazione locale di Salisburgo. Su questa linea comune circolavano la Bavarese Elettrica Verde e la Salisburghese Elettrica Rossa. A piedi dalla stazione principale si trovava fino al 1965 la stazione di Königssee, punto di partenza della ferrovia per Königssee.
