Lo stadio Niederrhein è uno stadio di calcio nella città di Oberhausen, nella Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia, nella regione della Ruhr. L'impianto di atletica leggera dello stadio è stato parzialmente ricostruito nel 2017 e non può più essere utilizzato. L'ovale è il luogo di gioco della squadra di calcio Rot-Weiß Oberhausen.
L'impianto si trova nell'estremo sud-ovest del quartiere di Osterfeld, vicino al confine con gli altri due quartieri Alt-Oberhausen e Sterkrade, su una penisola tra l'Emscher e il canale Rhein-Herne.
