Wünsdorf è una frazione della città di Zossen nel distretto di Teltow-Fläming nello stato di Brandeburgo. Nel marzo 2005 contava 6202 abitanti. Il luogo stesso ha una superficie di 13,8 km², con le frazioni di 72,92 km². Durante la Seconda guerra mondiale, Wünsdorf era il "sistema nervoso della Wehrmacht".
La località si trova a circa 40 chilometri a sud di Berlino lungo la strada federale 96. A Wünsdorf appartengono le frazioni di Neuhof e Waldstadt. Wünsdorf si trova sul margine sud-occidentale dell'altopiano di Wünsdorf. Il Grande Lago di Wünsdorf e il piccolo Lago di Wünsdorf fanno parte di una catena di laghi nella valle di Töpchiner, una depressione glaciale dell'era glaciale di Vistula.
