Il Pohnshalligkoog, colloquialmente noto anche come Pohns o Pohnskoog, è il koog abitato più giovane della penisola di Nordstrand. Fa parte del comune di Nordstrand.
La Pohnshallig, un'ex Hallig, fu distrutta dalla Burchardiflut nel 1634, separandosi dall'isola di Alt-Nordstrand. Dopo che nel XVIII e XIX secolo si sono progressivamente ripristinati terreni un tempo abitati e l'isola si è espansa lentamente verso est, infine nel 1924 avvenne l'arginamento della Pohnshallig.
