Il Castello di Ulstrup è una villa situata nella piccola città di Ulstrup, a 20 chilometri a sud-ovest di Randers, nella Danimarca occidentale.
Il Castello di Ulstrup ha origini che risalgono alla fine del XIV secolo, quando era di proprietà di Jens Brandsen. Tra i proprietari successivi figurano la Regina Margherita I, ma la casa originale scomparve e Ulstrup continuò a esistere come villaggio. Fu acquisito dal consigliere privato Christen Skeel nel 1579 e dissolto per fare spazio alla sua nuova villa, costruita nel 1591. L'edificio fu ampliato tra il 1615 e il 1617 da suo figlio, Jørgen Skeel, e un edificio agricolo fu costruito nel 1668.
