L'ultima tappa del Caminho Nascente non è molto lunga ma a causa delle numerose salite è piuttosto impegnativa. Questo inizia già a Ourense, dove dalla ponte sul fiume Miño si deve subito salire decisamente. Nella prima parte della tappa si procede su strade trafficate, successivamente anche su strade rurali boschive e sentieri non asfaltati. Infine, poco prima di Dozón si raggiunge il punto più alto della tappa a 850 m.
