Flize è un comune nel dipartimento francese delle Ardenne nella regione del Grand Est. Il comune fa parte dell'arrondissement di Charleville-Mézières. Flize contava il 1° gennaio 2019 1.722 abitanti. Flize era il capoluogo del cantone omonimo fino a quando non è stato soppresso il 22 marzo 2015 e il comune è stato incluso nel cantone di Nouvion-sur-Meuse. Il 1° gennaio 2019 i comuni di Balaives-et-Butz, Boutancourt ed Élan sono stati soppresi e incorporati nel comune di Flize, che ha ricevuto così lo status di commune nouvelle.
