Le Caserme di Cecily Hill sono un'ex installazione militare a Cirencester nel Gloucestershire. L'ex bastione delle caserme si trova all'ingresso di Cirencester Park.
Le caserme furono costruite nel 1857 come Arsenale della Royal North Gloucestershire Militia. Nel 1881, a seguito delle Riforme di Childers, le caserme divennero il deposito del 4° Battaglione del Regimento del Gloucestershire. Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale divennero la base locale per la Home Guard. Dopo che l'Esercito non ebbe più bisogno delle caserme, il Castello divenne un edificio commerciale di proprietà della Bathurst Estate. Recentemente è stato utilizzato dal Cirencester College, che gli ha dato il nome di 'Il Castello'. Il Cirencester College si è trasferito dal Castello nel 2013, ma il Castello è ancora utilizzato per scopi commerciali. È un edificio classificato di Grado II*.
