La chiesa era originariamente dedicata a Sant'Anna. La chiesa ha un campanile a doppio spiovente incorporato risalente al 1200 e una navata romanogotica del XIII secolo. La campana è stata fusa nel 1616. Nel XVIII secolo è stato costruito il coro poligonale, il tetto è stato rinnovato e il campanile è stato dotato di un nuovo frontone. Il coro è stato adattato nello stile pseudoromanogotico durante il restauro del 1939-'42 sotto la direzione di A. Baart sr.
