La cattedrale di Santi Lorenzo ed Elisabetta è un edificio ecclesiastico cattolico romano situato in Mathenesserlaan a Rotterdam. È stata costruita in stile neoromanico secondo un progetto di P.G. Buskens. Dal 1967 la chiesa funge da cattedrale della Diocesi di Rotterdam. La chiesa è emersa in due fasi. Nel periodo 1906-1908 furono costruiti il coro, il transetto e la navata. La facciata a due torri fu realizzata tra il 1920 e il 1922. I primi danni da guerra furono subiti dalla chiesa a seguito di un bombardamento britannico il 3 ottobre 1941, quando l'ingresso, il tetto e la cupola furono danneggiati. Durante un attacco aereo all'edificio del Sicherheitsdienst in Heemraadssingel il 29 novembre 1944, una navata laterale della chiesa subì gravi danni. Dopo la guerra, questi danni sono stati riparati.
