Bellissima passeggiata lungo i sentieri di conchiglie attraverso le dune di Katwijk di "Berkheide". Un piccolo tratto del percorso si snoda su una strada di sabbia. L'area naturale prende il nome dall'ex villaggio di pescatori di Berkhey, che nel 1600 fu completamente sepolto. L'incantevole area di passeggiata è anche un'importante area di approvvigionamento idrico. La passeggiata inizia presso Cantineweg, situata tra l'area di passeggiata e il nuovo quartiere Zanderij. Lungo la strada ci sono parcheggi.
