Iniziamo la passeggiata intenzionalmente dal lato nord nel parcheggio di Budelse Baan in modo da arrivare a metà percorso all'Achelse Kluis per riposarci un po'.
Il percorso attraversa un paesaggio boschivo e di brughiera. Soprattutto ad agosto e settembre, quando la brughiera è in fiore, qui è meraviglioso.
