Eerst "Chalet des Bruyères", later "La Villa des Roses". Voormalig huis van de rentmeester van de familie Emsens, die het gehucht Stevensvennen sedert het eind van de 19de eeuw hebben uitgebouwd. Thans woonst van baron de Sadeleer, een adelijke familie verwant met eerstgenoemde.
