Het Grauholzmonument herinnert aan de Slag bij Grauholz en staat op de beboste heuvelrug Grauholz op het grondgebied van de gemeente Moosseedorf in het kanton Bern, Zwitserland, en is goed zichtbaar vanaf de snelweg A1, richting Bern, aan de rechterkant.
Het is gemaakt van witte Solothurner kalksteen, heeft de vorm van een zuilenstomp en is samen met de sokkel 12 meter hoog. In opdracht van de kantonaal-Bernse officierenvereniging is het opgericht naar een winnend ontwerp uit een wedstrijd van de Bernese Gottlieb Hirsbrunner, ontworpen door de Tessiner beeldhouwer Luigi Piffaretti en werd het in 1886 ingewijd.
