In deze kerk werd AI op een merkwaardige manier toegepast. Daar kon je gaan praten met een Jezus die aangestuurd werd door artificiële intelligentie.
De kapel installeerde een soort biechtstoel waar je met een door AI-gestuurde Jezus kon praten in honderd verschillende talen. De installatie, die de naam Deus in machina kreeg, kwam voort uit een jarenlange samenwerking met de lokale universiteit. “We wilden zien en begrijpen hoe mensen reageren op een AI-Jezus. Waarover zouden ze met hem praten? Zou er interesse zijn om met hem te praten?”.
