De route begint in Bonatchiesse (camping) en gaat naar Refuge Chanrion (2462 M).
De eerste kilometers gaan over asphalt, daarna komt er een breed grind pad. De stukjes tunel vormen een leuke afwisseling. Tot 15.00 uur is de keuken open in de hut en kan men er een pasta oid krijgen.
