Villa Baare is een ondernemersvilla aan de Reiterweg 13 in de Wattenscheider wijk Höntrop in Bochum. De aangrenzende Höntroper Straße heette daarom tot de herindeling in dit straatgedeelte "Baarestraße". De villa werd in 1888 gebouwd door de Bochumer Verein für Gußstahlfabrikation voor hun algemeen directeur Louis Baare, in de directe nabijheid van de mijn Vereinigte Maria Anna Steinbank. Baare liet het uitbreiden met een bedrijfsgebouw, zijn zoon Fritz Baare voegde in 1904 een toren en aanbouwen toe. De weduwe van Fritz Baare woonde hier tot 1945, daarna diende het als Britse officiercasinó, en daarna werd het huis een kinderkuurhuis. In 1974 verkocht het bedrijf de villa aan de stad Wattenscheid. Tegenwoordig beheert een vereniging hier een Waldorf-kindergarten.
