Berchtesgaden Hauptbahnhof is het eindstation van de spoorlijn Freilassing–Berchtesgaden in de Beierse gemeente Berchtesgaden. Berchtesgaden is daarmee de kleinste gemeente in Duitsland met een hoofdstation. Het station is met busverbindingen in alle gemeenten het centrale verkeersknooppunt van het Berchtesgadener Talkessel. Het behoort tot de stationcategorie 5 van DB Station&Service. Het gebouw is momenteel in particulier bezit.
Tot 1938 verliep er een verbinding verder over Marktschellenberg naar het Salzburger Lokalbahnhof. Op deze gemeenschappelijke lijn reden grensoverschrijdend de Beierse Groene Elektrische en de Salzburger Rode Elektrische. Op loopafstand van het Hauptbahnhof bevond zich tot 1965 met het Königsseer Bahnhof het vertrekpunt voor de Königsseebahn naar Königssee.
