Het kasteel Delmenhorst, ook wel slot Delmenhorst genoemd, is een verdwenen waterburcht op het “Burgeneiland” aan de zuidrand van het centrum van de stad Delmenhorst in het Oldenburgse land in Niedersachsen in de Delmeaue. Het kasteel was bijna 500 jaar het middelpunt van de stad en het graafschap Delmenhorst.
Na de beëindiging van de Stedingeroorlogen in 1234 stichtten de Oldenburgse graven in het moerassige Delmeniederung, beginnend met een kleine hof “De Horst”, een door twee grachten omsloten waterburcht ter beveiliging van hun veroverde Stedingergebied. Op 27 juli 1259 werd het kasteel voor het eerst ... in castro nostro Delmenhorst officieel genoemd bij de beëdiging van een grondverkoop door graaf Johann I van Oldenburg.
