De Baltussee is een baggermeer tussen de twee Oost-Westfaalse steden Minden en Porta Westfalica in Noordrijn-Westfalen. Het door zandwinning ontstane kunstmatige meer is 33 hectare groot en 9 meter diep. Het ligt aan de westelijke oever van de Weser tegenover het dorp Neesen, in de hoek van de rijkswegen B 65 en B 61. Door het meer loopt de gemeentelijke grens: het noordelijke deel van het meer ligt in de gemeente Minden, het zuidelijke in de gemeente Barkhausen.
