De Dreiskopf bij Schwalefeld is een 779,8 m boven NHN hoge verhoging van het Rothaargebergte op de grens van de hessische Landkreis Waldeck-Frankenberg en de noordrhein-westfaalse Hochsauerlandkreis.
De Dreiskopf bevindt zich in het noordoostelijke deel van het Rothaargebergte aan de naadlijn van Hochsauerland in de westfaalse Hochsauerlandkreis en Upland in de noordhessische Landkreis Waldeck-Frankenberg. In het aan beide zijden van de grens gelegen natuurpark Diemelsee vormt hij de noordelijke verhoging van de bergketen Dreis, waarvan de zuidelijke de Hohe Eimberg is. Zijn top ligt op de landsgrens 3,5 km ten noorden van Willingen, 2,4 km noordnoordwestelijk van zijn stadsdeel Schwalefeld en 3 km zuidoostelijk van het Briloner stadsdeel Brilon-Wald; de berg behoort tot het gebied van Willingen en Brilon.
